Topping up AdBlue in the Cupra Formentor is a very simple task that you can do independently. The first step is to purchase the fluid online or from a physical store; you can choose any brand, as long as it complies with the ISO 222 41-1 standard. Start by opening the diesel tank flap; next to it, you will find a blue cap, which you need to unscrew. Open the container with the fluid and insert the nozzle provided, then begin pouring the fluid into the designated tank. The Cupra Formentor's tank can hold up to 11 litres. After topping up, you need to reset the warning light, so get inside the vehicle and press the start/stop button for a few seconds, then pull the handbrake and turn on the ignition; the vehicle will automatically start the reset and update process.
