If any devices in your Cupra Formentor have suddenly stopped working, first check the status of the corresponding fuses, the diagrams for which are shown in this video. The first box is located inside the cabin, specifically behind the door panel in the lower left area of the dashboard on the driver's side.

The second box is found in the engine compartment, protected by the plastic cover near the battery. If a fuse is faulty, ensure you use a replacement with equivalent specifications to avoid causing any damage.
