Removing Airbag on Dacia Duster

Before you start, disconnect the battery. To remove the airbag from the steering wheel of your Dacia Duster, there is a clever procedure that avoids removing the plastics. Turn the steering wheel so that the metal tab behind it is at the top and accessible. Using a tool of your choice, lift this metal tab while pulling the airbag with your other hand. Now turn the steering wheel so that the other tab, located on the opposite side of the first, is at the top and accessible, and repeat the operation. Disconnect the wire and remove the airbag.
