Replacing the cabin filter on a Dacia Duster

The cabin filter, or pollen filter, serves to stop fine dust from entering the cabin from outside. Its replacement is necessary to avoid harmful inhalations. On the Dacia Duster, the cabin filter is located under the dashboard on the passenger side. To replace it, you do not need to remove the glovebox, just remove the side plastic cover. Once removed, the filter will be in a vertical position on the left. Extract it using the designated handles and dispose of it properly. Now you can install the new filter, ensuring that the plastic side faces the outside.
