Then it will be necessary to remove the frame of the navigator, which is simply interlocked. There will be only one electrical connector to remove. At this point, we can remove the plastic cover of the airbag and disconnect the airbag module from the battery. Lift the safety latch and remove the plug. To reassemble it, we see that there are 4 clamps; insert the plug and press the safety latch, then center the airbag in the clamps and secure it. Put the navigator frame back in place and finally the four screws that we had removed behind the glove compartment.
