How to change the battery of the Dacia Logan

On the Dacia Logan, the battery replacement is done in the engine compartment, starting from the terminals. It is evident that the operation is managed with gloves and slow movements, because there are cables and brackets around the battery, and it is never advisable to pull or force. The first practical step on the Dacia Logan is to free the connections: the area of the terminal is focused on, and the clamp of the pole is loosened until the terminal can be removed. The sequence continues by disconnecting the other connection as well, so the battery remains "isolated" from the system. At that point, the focus shifts to securing the battery in the tray: work is done at the bottom, where the battery is locked in place, to extract it without it wobbling. When the old battery is removed, there is also a moment in the video where the new battery is shown on the bench, making it clear that a complete replacement is being installed. Then, we return to the engine compartment of the Dacia Logan: the battery is lowered into its seat and properly supported in the tray, well aligned, before closing its clamp. The reassembly of the terminals on the Dacia Logan is done carefully: the positive terminal with the red cover is clearly seen being repositioned and tightened, and immediately after, the other terminal is put back on its pole and tightened, ensuring that it is not loose. In the end, the battery is stable in its seat and the connections are back in position, with the covers replaced where necessary.
