In this video, you will see how the tyre pressure monitoring system works on the Dacia Duster, which monitors tyre pressure by measuring the wheel speed during driving. If one of the tyres loses pressure, the TPMS light on the dashboard will illuminate, indicating that the pressure of all four tyres should be checked, referring to the pressure indicated on the label located on the driver's door. Remember that the measurement should always be taken when cold. If you have changed a wheel, used the inflation kit, or your vehicle is heavily loaded, you need to reinitialize the reference pressure value: select the "set TPW" option using the up/down buttons, then press the button for about 3 seconds to initiate reinitialization, which will be effective after a few minutes of driving. If the light comes on again, it means the procedure needs to be repeated. If it flashes multiple times and then stays on, accompanied by other orange lights, it indicates a problem in the system that needs to be checked at the dealership.
