How to Replace the Battery on a Datsun Redi Go

This guide shows how to replace the battery on the Datsun Go, including the Go+ and Redi Go models. First, secure the vehicle and open the hood using the lever located at the bottom of the dashboard. Use a 10 mm wrench to unscrew the bolts securing the electrical connectors; disconnect the negative terminal first, then the positive, being careful not to let them touch any metal parts. Now, unscrew the two bolts of the battery bracket and remove the old battery. Install the new battery and check that the vehicle starts correctly; it may take a few minutes for the car to start as the circuit may be completely drained; in that case, wait a few minutes and try again.
