If the windscreen wipers on your Dodge Charger have suddenly stopped working and the various fuses are intact, check the status of the respective relays, the position of which is indicated in this video. As shown, there are two relays, both located in the box inside the engine compartment, beneath the black plastic cover on the passenger side.

They are the first two relays on the right column when looking at the box from the front. If faulty, ensure you use replacement parts with equivalent specifications and operate with the vehicle turned off.
