Here’s how to reset the TPMS on the Dodge Journey after correcting the tyre pressures. Check the tyre pressures according to the values indicated on the label found on the driver’s door pillar; turn on the car without starting the engine and press the "menu" button on the steering wheel to access the dashboard settings. Navigate to the "vehicle settings" option and then "tyre pressure". Select "reset TPMS" and confirm with the "ok" button. Start the engine and drive for about 15 minutes, during which the system will automatically detect the new pressures and turn off the light. If the light does not turn off, check the pressures again: there may be a leak or a faulty sensor; look for faults in the system using an OBD2 tool, and finally disconnect the negative terminal of the battery for 10 minutes (but you will need to reset everything afterwards).
