How to Replace the Battery in a Dodge Journey

How to remove the battery from a Dodge Journey (the same applies to its twin, the Fiat Freemont). Pay close attention to how to do it. In this vehicle, the battery is not located in the engine bay but in the front bumper (as seen in the video). The first step: loosen the wheel nuts, lift the car on a column lift, and remove the wheel (for convenience). Then, use a metal lever to remove the plastic rivets from the inner wheel arch liner (left front side). Use a socket wrench to unscrew the battery terminal bolts. Insert the new battery into the housing and reconnect the terminals, tighten all the rivets of the wheel arch liner, and refit the wheel with the respective nuts.
