How to remove the battery of a Dodge Journey (same thing for the Fiat Freemont twin). Let's see carefully how to do it. In this car the battery is not located in the engine compartment but in the front bumper (as you can see in the video). The first step to perform: we loosen the rim pins, lift the car on a column bridge and remove the wheel (for convenience), then with a metal lever we go to remove the plastic rivets from the internal plastic wheel stone guard ( front left side). Unscrew the tightening pins of the battery terminals with a special socket wrench. We insert the new battery in the housing and reconnect the clamps, tighten all the pins of the stone guard and with the screwdriver. We reassemble the circle with the respective pins.
