To replace the battery in a Dodge Viper, lift the car with a jack so that the left rear wheel is off the ground. Remove the wheel by unscrewing the bolts that secure it to the hub: once removed, you can take off the inner wheel arch cover to access the battery. Now, remove the battery from its housing by unscrewing the securing bolts and disconnecting the power cables; after removal, you can insert the new replacement part.
