Instructions for Recharging Air Conditioning Gas

Model: Dodge Caliber MK 1 - Years 2006-2012
Part: Air conditioning

If you notice that the air coming from the air conditioning vents is not cold enough, it is likely that the gas in the refrigeration circuit has run out and needs to be replenished. To do this correctly, you need a special tool that allows you to recover the residual gas and create a deep vacuum in the system to completely eliminate the air before adding the gas. Alternatively, you can opt for a DIY solution by purchasing gas canisters with a special hose fitted with a valve to connect to the gas inlet duct; once the valve is connected, start the engine, turn on the air conditioning, and add the gas.
