How to replace the gaseous phase LPG filter of the DR 4
Model: DR 4
MK 1
- Years 2017-2020
Let's see how to replace the gas phase filter of a DR4 with a BRC system. We can find the new filter on E-Bay with the code 196929256836, at the price of 24.99 Euros, delivery in three days. It is essential to work in a well-ventilated environment and close the service valve of the LPG tank (the red tap), then we must release the pressure of the system by starting the car and letting it run on gasoline until the engine shuts off by itself, indicating that the remaining LPG in the pipes has been consumed. The gas phase filter is located in the engine compartment, along the pipe that goes from the vaporizer to the injectors. We remove the clamps from the rubber tubes with pliers, disassemble the filter being careful not to lose the spring and gaskets, screw the new filter into its seat after inserting the spring, reconnect the tubes tightly tightening the clamps, reopen the LPG service valve, spray soapy water on the connections we have disassembled to check for leaks. Start the car on gasoline and then switch to LPG: check that the operation is smooth and that there are no gas odors.

How to Adjust the Handbrake on VW Polo
If pulling the handbrake lever results in a long travel distance, significantly exceeding the usual 4 to 5 clicks, it means you need to adjust the travel to compensate for cable slack and wear on the shoes. This is a manual operation carried out using the adjustment nuts located at the base of the handbrake lever. Release and lift the plastic cover at the base of the lever to access the cables (one for each shoe) and their respective adjusters. First, loosen the lock nut and tighten the nut to pull the cable until the lever achieves a travel of 4 to 5 clicks. by ScegliAuto More videos
