How to mount the Android screen on a Citroen DS4

Model: DS DS 4 MK 1 - Years 2011-2018
Part: Car stereo

In this video, we see how to install an Android radio on a Citroen DS4: we start by removing the ventilation grilles, which come off using a hook as shown by the YouTuber. With a plastic spatula, we remove the partition covering the EOBD socket, then remove all the visible screws around the radio and air conditioning unit, and this will come off by pulling it towards us. We will need to remove all the electrical connectors, the antenna, and the GPS. Now we remove the old screen and the net from the air conditioning dashboard, which must be replaced with one suitable for accommodating the Android screen. On the market, there are dashboards for 9" and 10.1" screens. We can find them, for example, on fruugo. It is the code 307235837-688086660 at a price of 59.00 euros for the 10.1" + 18.99 for shipping. We move the electronics and buttons from one dashboard to the other, and then we place the screen in its position. We can install everything in the car, but first, we must remove the radio body that remained inside. Reconnect all the cables, tighten all the screws, put back the partition under the device, and then the ventilation grilles.
