Using a 5mm Allen key, remove the main pin (it will be a bit tough) of the brakes. Then, with a 12mm socket wrench, remove the other two nuts nearby. Now you can remove the brake caliper by pulling it off firmly with your hands. Recommended pads are 631 RS. Now it is straightforward to remove the old pads and insert the new ones, rubbing them together a bit before installation. If the disc does not fit between the expanded pads, widen the caliper with a flat screwdriver and reinsert the brake caliper, ensuring that the disc is between the two new pads. Tighten to 25 Nm as per the video.
