First we find the starter motor under the engine, right next to the oil filter; after which we disassemble the cylinder or the clutch pump to subsequently remove all the crankcase and disconnect the starter motor gear. How do you replace the transmission of the Sym Joymax 300i?

In order to replace the transmission of the Sym Joymax 300i, you need to loosen the screws that secure the appropriate casing, located on the left side of the motorcycle near the rear wheel: here it will be possible to loosen the central nuts that secure the variator and the clutch bell. Once these two components are released, it will be possible to remove them completely from their housing in order to slide the belt out of its seat; at this point it will be possible to insert all the new components, securing them to their respective housing and verifying that everything is functioning properly.
