First, locate the multimedia control unit, which is found behind the plastic rear speaker panel; once the panel is removed, you can disconnect the wiring of the control unit and unscrew its fixing screws to remove it, as shown in the video.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?
