To deactivate the passenger airbag on the Fiat 500, turn on the ignition by inserting the key: once the instrument panel is lit up, navigate through the menu that appears on the display by selecting the "Security" option using the buttons on the left side of the steering wheel.

After selecting this option, choose "Passenger airbag": this will bring up the screen from which you can activate or deactivate the airbag located on the passenger side.
