Oil and oil filter replacement on Fiat Doblò

In this video, we see how to change the oil and oil filter on the 3rd version of the Fiat Doblò 1.4: the filter is located on the front part of the engine, but it is rather hidden, at the bottom of it. To unscrew the cap, a 27mm socket wrench is needed, and you always have to remove it before the oil pan plug, otherwise it will not be able to empty completely. In the video, we see the new filter: the toothed part goes inside the filter box: remember to also change the gasket, which should be greased with a little new oil. Now we can remove the 17mm cap from the oil pan, which we will let drain into a suitable container, which we will then dispose of correctly at an authorized center. Let's take the opportunity to change the oil pan plug, and its gasket, and then we go to refill with 3.5 liters of oil, according to the specifications of the manufacturer. The service light must be reset using a diagnostic tool.
