How to disassemble the tailgate panel in the Abarth 500?

Model: Fiat 500 312 - Years 2007-2024

In this tutorial we can see how to disassemble the trunk door panel in the Abarth 500, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, we open the trunk door itself, then we identify the various indicated fixing rivets and extract them using preferably a plastic spatula, or alternatively an equivalent tool. We then unscrew the bolt using a 5mm hex key, grab the panel from the bottom edge and separate it from the trunk door by pulling it towards us. To install the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
