How to Replace the Fuel Filter on a Fiat Punto

How to perform maintenance on a Fiat Punto? First, lift the bonnet and secure it with the prop rod; once you locate the fuel filter, disconnect it from the hoses and connection cables. Remove the filter housing from its location, then unscrew the retaining washer located at the top. Pull the filter out of the housing (clean the filter housing) and screw in the new one. Refit the filter housing in the engine bay with all its parts (hoses and power cables). Test the correct operation of the component.
