In this video, we see how to replace the LED bulb located in the storage compartment in front of the gear shift of a Fiat Tipo: we remove the front panel, perhaps using a plastic spatula to pry it off and then pulling it towards us, and then we remove the electrical connectors found behind it. We insert our hand inside and push the plastic partition located above, where the LED we intend to replace is located.

We remove the circuit where the LED is mounted, which we can replace by desoldering it from the board.

Then we reinsert it into its housing. We put the board back in place and then reconnect the electrical connectors to the front panel we had previously removed, and put it back in place.

And that's it.
