It should be noted that the car shown in the video is a Fiat 500 X, but the methodology applied for adjusting the beam of the headlights, used in the same video, is absolutely relevant to the Fiat 500, they are perfectly identical. With the instrument panel and lights on, a light beam receiver is placed in front of each headlight, which allows us to aim the light and adjust its direction.

This can be done thanks to two screws located behind the headlights, one adjusts the aforementioned beam horizontally, the other vertically. In short, with a screwdriver and a few minutes to spare, the job is done.
