Remove the internal trim panel of the wing mirror on the driver's side of a Fiat Panda using a trim removal tool (there are plastic clips). Unscrew the securing bolts with a socket spanner.

Once the securing bolts are removed, take out the wing mirror along with the manual glass adjustment cables from the car door. To reassemble, refit the wing mirror with the bolts, the adjustment cables, and the plastic trim back into the door panel.

Finally, test the correct operation of the wing mirror.
