Fiat Ducato - Video tutorial

Model: Fiat Ducato X250 - Years 2006-2014
Part: Outside rearview mirror
Operation: How to remove the Fiat Ducato mirror

Let's see how to remove the exterior rearview mirror of a Fiat Ducato. First of all we remove the push-button panel placed in the door panel, then, we unscrew the locking pins (placed between the sheet of the car and the mirror) with a special socket wrench. Once the locking pins have been removed, we remove the mirror with the power cables (from the mirror glass) from the car door. To reassemble: refit the mirror with the pins, the power cables and the plastic window control panel. Finally, we test the correct functioning of the replaced mirror.

Fiat Ducato 2.8 JTD gearbox oil replacement

Let's see in this guide the main steps to be able to change the transmission oil of the second series Fiat Ducato, with 2.8 JTD engine. First of all we lift the car and go to locate the gear oil vent bolt, which we find near the transmission; we use a hex wrench to unscrew it, letting it drain the old oil in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we open the bonnet and remove the air intake sleeve, so as to be able to access the gearbox oil filling hole; then we fill up to the maximum level!
