How to remove the front shock absorber on a Fiat Panda (first series)? The first step: unscrew the wheel fastening bolts with a socket wrench, lift the car on a column lift and remove it. Unscrew the bolts securing the shock absorber to the wheel hub with a socket wrench (disconnect the brake circuit pipes with a screwdriver). Unscrew the bolts on the side, then remove the shock absorber from its housing after removing the bolts in the front compartment (place a support under the bar). Compare the old part with the new one and prepare for installation. Fit the new shock absorber onto the car, proceeding in reverse order.
