In this video, we see how to deactivate the inertial sensor, which in turn activates the FPS (Fiat Protection System) installed on various Fiat vehicles such as the Mobi, Argo, and Uno, popular in the South American market. In this case, the display will show the message FPS: let's see how to deactivate it. We turn on the instrument panel and press the turn signal lever as if we were turning right; then press it to the left; then again to the right and once more to the left. We turn off the instrument panel. In 90% of cases, this procedure works. If it does not work, we try again a couple of times. Otherwise, there is another procedure that involves turning on the instrument panel and waiting 10/15 minutes to give the control unit time to learn.
