How to deactivate the inertia switch of the Fiat Mobi

The FPS ON warning indicates that the fuel safety lock function to prevent possible fire hazards in case of emergency is active; the interruption of the fuel flow is managed electronically. Only after verifying the integrity of the fuel circuit can we deactivate the warning. To perform this operation on a Fiat Mobi car, we must turn the key to OFF and then to ON, activate the right turn signal and the left turn signal for a few seconds. Repeat the operation a second time and only then turn the key to OFF and attempt to start the engine. If the warning remains active even after the procedure, it is possible that there are serious problems recorded by the airbag control unit and it is therefore necessary to diagnose the control unit to resolve the reported issues.
