Replacing the air filter, also known as the pollen filter, on a Fiat Ducato vehicle is not as easy and straightforward as it is for some car models. This is because the filter is located beneath the dashboard plastics on the passenger side, and these must be removed before proceeding with the replacement.

Once removed, as shown in the video, and after disconnecting the electrical connector, you can access the pollen filter box, remove its cover, extract the filter, and replace it with a new one.
