Here are the instructions to change the time on the display of the Fiat 500 instrument cluster. First, get into the car and turn on the ignition; then press the menu button to access the onboard computer settings, scrolling with the plus and minus buttons to reach the clock settings, as shown in the video.

At this point, adjust the hour first and then the minutes, exiting the settings menu to save the changes made; check the correct time change on the instrument cluster!
