Replacing the Thermostat on Fiat Punto

Is the thermostat in our car due for replacement? Let's look at the disassembly of the indicated part. Lift the front bonnet. Undo the bolts on the thermostat hose cap (use a socket spanner with the appropriate sockets), disconnect the hoses, remove the sealing cap, and extract the thermostat from its seat. Once the part is removed, replace it with a new one, and securely tighten the bolts with all its components. Ensure that the thermostat and all associated parts are correctly fitted and installed. Top up the appropriate container with the new fluid.
