How to replace the thermostat in the Fiat Grande Punto?

In this tutorial, we can see how to replace the thermostat in the Fiat Grande Punto, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, we wait for the engine to be completely cold, then we open the cap of the expansion tank, place a container below the radiator and, opening the appropriate valve, drain all the coolant in the system. We then locate the thermostat, disconnect the various pipes and connectors connected to it, and unscrew the two fixing bolts with a socket wrench. At this point, we can separate the thermostat from the engine, place the replacement, reassemble everything following the reverse procedure, and add new coolant.
