Replacing the timing belt on a Fiat Ducato? Here’s how to do it. Lift the Ducato on a column lift and remove the front wheel, using a screwdriver to detach the right wheel arch liner. Remove the timing belt cover, then use a spanner to loosen the tensioner pulley and slide the belt off. Use a socket to unscrew the tensioner pulley bolt, then remove the water pump. Fit the new water pump, tensioner, and belt. Tighten everything with the socket. Refit the wheel arch liner and the wheel with the securing bolts.
