Removing Shock Absorbers from Fiat Panda 4x4

Apply some penetrating oil to the bolts securing the shock absorber and loosen them with a 19 mm spanner (they may be quite tight). To remove it from its seat, you will need to use a large lever or crowbar until it is extracted from the lower seat. After doing this, shake it and pull it firmly to ensure it comes out from the top as well. Similarly, when fitting new shock absorbers, proceed in reverse order: insert them first at the top and then at the bottom before tightening the bolts. Check that the purchased shock absorbers come with rubber bushes. It is recommended to always replace both shock absorbers, even if only one is significantly worn.
