We unlock and open the tailgate, we find all the screws that we are going to remove. Unscrew the screws located in the upper part of the bumper, then remove the screws placed on the sides of the car's stone guards (between the stone guard and the bumper). Once the bumper is free from any screws, grab it with your hands and pull it away from the body (disconnect any power cables). At the end of the disassembly, we just have to mount a new one identical to the old one.
