How to Remove the Thermostat from a Fiat Ducato

Before you begin, open the bonnet of your Fiat Ducato. The thermostat is located near the bottom side of the cylinder head.

Start by loosening and removing the bolts that secure the thermostat cover and its associated hose. Next, unclip and move the thermostat cover itself.

This will give you access to the thermostat. At this point, unclip and remove the thermostat.

Once you have completed this last step, you will have successfully removed the thermostat from your Fiat Ducato.
