In this short video, you will see how to remove the headrest from the front seat of a Fiat Panda 169, second series, in simple and quick steps. To remove the headrest, you will need to unclip the front seat to access the rear; now use two pointed screwdrivers to push the plastic teeth away from the metal rod to free the headrest guides, as shown in the video.

At this point, you can slide out and extract the headrest by pulling it upwards; for reassembly, simply apply the reverse procedure!

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
