To remove the headrest, you will need to unclip the front seat to access the rear; now use two pointed screwdrivers to push the plastic teeth away from the metal rod to free the headrest guides, as shown in the video. At this point, you can slide out and extract the headrest by pulling it upwards; for reassembly, simply apply the reverse procedure!
