Here are the instructions for performing the routine service, replacing the engine oil and oil filter, on the Fiat Tipo 356 with a 1.6 MultiJet engine. First, lift the vehicle and start by removing the plastic protective cover found underneath; then unscrew the oil drain bolt located on the sump using a socket spanner.

Now, replace the bolt and change the oil filter; finally, remove the dipstick from the filler hole and fill to the maximum level (approximately 5 litres of oil).
