How to Reset the "Service" Light on a Fiat 500L

Model: Fiat 500 500 L - Years 2012-2023

Before you start, ensure all doors are closed. Begin by turning the key to position one, which will power on the instrument cluster without starting the engine. Press the selection button repeatedly until the word "Trip" appears on the multifunction display. Next, continue pressing the selection button until the mileage reading appears on the screen. Once done, press the call answer button, and after a second, press the "OK" button simultaneously for 5 seconds. After this, press the scroll forward button until the phrase "ASSYST PLUS" is highlighted on the screen, then press "OK". Once you press "OK", the phrase "FULL SERVICE" will appear on the screen, and press "OK" again. This will successfully reset the maintenance light.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
