In this video, you will learn how to fix the locking issue of the driver’s side seatbelt on the Fiat Doblò van. Open the plastic cover at the base of the seatbelt by removing the bolts that hold it in place; this is necessary to access the mechanism itself. Remove the additional seatbelt clip by unscrewing it and detach it from its original position. Once the plastic cover of the panel is completely removed, you can see where the seatbelt is jammed; at this point, unscrew the additional fixing pin and detach the remaining part of the seatbelt from its position. Clean the roller with an air compressor and lubricate the mechanism. It should now function correctly.
