How to Replace the Coolant Temperature Sensor on a Fiat Stilo

Model: Fiat Stilo MK 1 - Years 2001-2010

If you notice any malfunction related to the coolant temperature sensor, it is absolutely time to proceed with its replacement. Fortunately, this task is made easier by the sensor's accessible position within the engine bay. Before proceeding, ensure the engine is off and, if possible, disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. Open the front bonnet and locate the temperature sensor on the lower right side of the engine. It's quite simple as it is green in colour. Press the clip and push upwards to disconnect the connector. Unscrew the sensor and replace it with the new one. Reconnect the connector, and you're done.
