How to Replace the Lock Cylinder on a Fiat Panda

Model: Fiat Panda 141, MK 1 - Years 1980-2003

Before you can start, open the door of your Fiat Panda. First, fully raise the window using the appropriate handle. Next, remove this handle by simply uncliping it. At this point, unclip the upper panel of the door and then remove it. Once you have removed this panel, you will access the door lock. The lock cylinder is secured by a simple brass clip, which you will need to remove. After completing this step, you can pull the lock out from the outside, and then unclip the plastic pin, completing the disassembly. To fit the new lock cylinder and close the door, simply reverse these steps, and the replacement will be complete.
