To replace the fog lights on a Fiat Panda, loosen the screws located next to the light, above the plastic panel that surrounds it. Once the plastic cover has been removed, you will have access to the fog light, which can be removed by disconnecting the connector at its rear.

After the old light has been removed, insert a new one, which should then be connected to the connector.

Once the new light is connected, you can insert the appropriate plastic cover that surrounds it.
