How to Disable the Immobiliser on a Fiat Punto

As shown in the video, if the key is not recognised by the ECU, the Fiat Punto will not start. In this case, you will need to start it using the emergency ignition method usually described in the owner's manual. Turn on the ignition and the engine warning light will remain illuminated. At this point, press the accelerator pedal until the engine warning light turns off. Release the accelerator pedal, the light will start flashing, and you need to count to the first number of the electronic code and press the accelerator again. Release it and count the flashes of the engine warning light until the second number of the code. Repeat this for all five digits. The last flash will be quick, and once it finishes, the immobiliser is unlocked.
