In this video, you will learn how to remove (and perform maintenance on) the alternator of your Fiat Panda. First, open the bonnet and start by removing the battery and battery tray, disconnecting the terminals and unscrewing the bracket screw.

After removing them, use a socket spanner to unscrew the alternator bolts located just below, as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect the wiring to completely remove the alternator.

If you are experienced, you can check the alternator to see if it is faulty; otherwise, replace it with a new one and reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure!

As the video clearly shows, disabling or activating the traction control (TRC or ESP) on the Toyota Yaris is very simple. By default, the traction system activates every time the vehicle is started. To disable it, simply press the button depicting a skidding car located in the centre of the vehicle where the controls are, such as the hazard lights and the radio, but near the handbrake.
