Replacing the lambda probe in the Fiat Punto is very simple, let's see how to proceed in this tutorial valid for the version with 1.2 petrol engine. First you need to remove the cover of the exhaust manifold, then let's start by unscrewing the 4 upper fixing bolts using a 5mm hex wrench and a 10mm socket wrench. Next, we unscrew the remaining 2 lower bolts. Removed the cover, we disconnect the probe connector and unscrew it from the manifold, spraying in case of need the WD40 in the thread. Finally, we just have to mount the spare by following exactly the reverse procedure.
