To replace the number plate light bulb in a Fiat Grande Punto, detach the light unit containing the bulb using a lever-like object such as a screwdriver. Once the light unit is removed, you can pull the bulb out of its housing and disconnect it from the appropriate connector. Connect the new bulb to this connector, which can then be inserted back into the light unit. After the light unit is reinserted into its housing, start the car to check the bulb's operation.
