To replace the spark plugs on a Fiat Stilo, open the bonnet and access the engine bay to detach the upper cover of the engine block. By removing this panel, you can access the underlying components, where the coils connected to the injectors are located. Disconnect the coils and remove the injectors from their housings to access the spark plugs positioned directly beneath the injectors, which can then be removed using a socket spanner. Replace the spark plugs with new replacement parts, reassembling all the other removed components.
