To replace the number plate bulb on a Fiat 500, use a lever tool, such as a flathead screwdriver, to remove the light unit located directly above the number plate. Once this is detached, you can remove the bulb from its socket, which is inserted between the two terminals.

When the old bulb has been removed, insert the new one and secure it between the two poles. After insertion, close the light unit and check that the number plate is properly illuminated.
